Taipei FIR is under full control and administration of VATSIM-ROC. Allthe information on Taipei FIR and procedures can be obtained here.

Hong Kong FIR 
Hong Kong FIR is not currently part of the VATSIM-ROC administrative area. However, it receives assistance and guidance from VATSIM-ROC before it can be fully developed as a separate division or become part of a larger division like VATSIM-PRC. All the information on Hong Kong FIR and procedures can be obtained here.

China
The information on Gangzhou FIR and Shanghai FIR
and procedures can be obtained here. Currently, the VATSIM-PRC is not yet fully developed. VATSIM-ROC can provide necessary information for pilots and controllers who wish to visit these area.
